I was a Marketing Analyst, now I am a foreigner in Ireland.

I was convinced that my English was very good, now I sometimes have problems in understandings some Irish accents.

I was fed up with the overwhelming heat in my home country and longed for rain, now I just dream of feeling the sun going deep through my skin.

I wanted to escape from the hustle-bustle of the capital, now I am surrounded by too much silence and peace

I have always dreamt of living near the ocean, now I realise that there are many disadvantages.

I used to listen to a mix of music genres, now Irish music is my newest hobby.

I had almost everything settled, now I fight every day to gain recognition.

As Edward Everett Hale wrote:

“I am only one.

But still I am one.

I cannot do everything,

But still I can do something;

And because I cannot do everything

I will not refuse to do the something that I can do.”

Moving to more tangible things, I am interested in everything that’s related to marketing (especially online), implementation of technology solutions in order to match companies’ strategies, advertising, photography and travelling. I can’t imagine my life without a PC and access to the internet or without a smile every day.
